These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QuickScriptTranscription.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Surpass IT OU (Reg. Nr. 17154428), Narva mnt 7-634, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10117 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia (“QuickScriptTranscription,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using our Website or services, you (“you” or “User”) agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which together form a legally binding agreement.

1.1. QuickScriptTranscription provides transcription services (“Services”) through our Website and any associated features, tools, or communications.
1.2. By accessing or using our Website or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Website or Services.
1.3. We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Website means you accept those updates. The current version of the Terms is always available on the Website.
1.4. Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18. By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Website Use
2.1. You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Website without our prior written permission.
2.2. We strive to maintain reliable Website access, but service interruptions or changes may occur without notice.
2.3. While we aim for secure, uninterrupted use, we do not guarantee the Website will always be error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices.

3.1. We provide transcription services, including automated, human-reviewed, and manually verified transcriptions.
3.2. To place an order, submit a request through the Website and wait for written confirmation.
3.3. Each order is subject to a custom quotation and acceptance by us. Only accepted quotations form binding agreements.
3.4. You must ensure the order and quotation accurately reflect the requested services. Changes or cancellations are only possible if processing has not begun.
3.5. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
3.6. Final transcripts (“Service Results”) will be delivered via email or through your user account.
3.7. If we request clarifying information and you delay or fail to respond, delivery may be delayed.
3.8. Bespoke services are not subject to cancellation rights under consumer law once processing has started.
4. Accounts
4.1. If you create an account, you agree to: provide accurate, updated information; maintain confidentiality of your login credentials; and remain fully responsible for all activity under your account. You also grant us the right to use your name and content for service provision and limited marketing purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4.2. We may suspend or terminate your account for misuse or breach of these Terms.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1. Fees are listed in the order confirmation and must be paid in full at the time of order placement.
5.2. Prices are shown in EUR; you are responsible for any applicable taxes or payment-processor fees.
5.3. We may adjust pricing or introduce additional charges prospectively.
5.4. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and bank transfer. Payments are processed over SSL/TLS-secured connections.
5.5. Discounts or vouchers are non-refundable and may carry expiration dates.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1. Orders may be cancelled only before transcription has started; once processing begins, the order is non-refundable.
6.2. At our discretion, partial or full refunds may be granted upon a written request submitted within 14 days of payment.
6.3. If you dispute a charge (e.g., initiate a chargeback), your account may be suspended. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with supporting evidence.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on the Website is owned or licensed by QuickScriptTranscription and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
7.2. You may not copy, republish, or distribute Website content or Service Results without permission, unless otherwise stated in your order.
7.3. Service Results are created for your use but may contain third-party content. You accept full responsibility for how you use them.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website or Services to violate any law or regulation; upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content; attempt unauthorized access or interfere with system operations; or reproduce/resell our Services or content without written consent.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
10.1. All Services and content are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
